I’ve wanted to try a smoothie for a long time; they always look so delicious and healthy. Since they are more or less a meal replacement, I was worrying that the smoothie wouldn’t fill my belly as a normal meal, especially because you’re drinking and not eating it. I’m sure most of that was just my mind playing some trick on me because I got hungry more or less as usual, maybe only slightly earlier. If I think of the smoothie as a snack or small meal, I really like the raspberry – chocolate – protein smoothie…

The smoothie tastes pretty much like raspberry and chocolate – which is why I gave it this name. I hoped to taste the apple and the spinach more though, so I guess next time I’ll just use a bit less raspberries…
Have you tried smoothies? What are your favourite ones?
