Pinterest is a nice place, if you look for great meal or snack ideas. At some point I found a pin of Mac & Cheese in a mug, prepared in a microwave. I simply had to try it… I really do my best to eat a healthy and balanced, but sometimes you just need to indulge in some bad food and cheat at bit.

- 1/3 cup macaroni
- approx. 2/3 cup water (depends on your microwave)
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
- Black pepper (only if you like)
Put the pasta in a microwave-save mug and add the water.
Microwave for 4 minutes, stir, microwave for another 2 minutes, stir and finally microwave for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the cheese, stir and microwave for another minute.
Stir in the milk and black pepper.
Enjoy your Mac & Cheese.
Mac & Cheese is totally delicious and I never really can stop putting more of it on my plate. So I just limit myself to one portion with this and don’t overeat because macaronis and cheese just love my hips too much where they unfortunately try to stay for forever…
